I love answers. And I'll do whatever it takes to find them.
I dig through books that haven't seen the light of day in 300 years.
I scour databases that are harder for you to get into than a red
carpet premiere. I search in basements so deep just going down there
gives me the bends. And I don't come up for air until I got what I
came for. Guess you could say I find answers like it's my job.

We need a guide to problematical library use. Attempting to navigate our Boston Public Library buildings, floors, departments, collections and curatorial experts didn't work out as instructed by the librarians. A guide to problematical library use with hints, tips and pointers from librarians and users improves BPL usability.
