Just get Windows 7 Ultimate or something and edit al preferences of allowence or denial and everthing is ok... It is more safe then Windows XP... If you want the most safe OS then get Linux (Ubuntu is best)... And stop complaining about Vista... YOur foulth for having it..

@IluysionEnterprise vista was bllmers baby not bills. look up longhorn concept on youtube. that was what bill wanted vista to be originally but they abondoned it right after he retired from microsoft.
