@bigfuggy Hey, about your question..
The laptop is not comparable with a more expensive PC or laptop..
But, it's good enough for some research, watching vids on youtube or chatting..
But if you really have to type alot, get something bigger..
It's too small if you have to type alot (example: notes) hope this answers ur question!

could you help me? i have 701 in which i have installed windows. By using skype i can t get the video from the other person in. Do you know the dos command necessary in order to enable the video streaming to the eee pc.? thanks

it has multi-touch mousepad meaning u can use like three fingers on the mousepad and it will be detected and used to scroll like webpages and stuff. plus the webcam ahs to be enabled by pressing something in the FN + F11 I think

would this laptop be ideal for a college student? just for research, taking notes in class, reports, etc? or does the small screen and keyboard make things just too difficult for extended typing?
