wait why would you put an old show as number one! In has out dated info and bad skin texture! Why did you not pick march of the dinosaurs or dinosaur revolution?

@lifeform106 1. Never heard of March of the Dinosaurs when making this list.

2. Dinosaur Revolutions didn't come out yet when we made this list.

3 Number 1 is a favorite from my childhood and is the one I watched the most.

I love dinosaurs. When Dinosaurs Roamed America was my first one. Also, why didn't you mention Allosaurus: A Walking with Dinosaurs special? That TV retelling of the story of the "Big Al" fossil ruled!

The scenarios in Walking with Dinosaurs were the biggest complain among critics. They reportedly presented too much speculation as facts. The producers defended themselves by claiming their goal was not to present all the facts but to revive the animals with complex behavior. That's why they needed some imagination.

I can live with that but my biggest problem was the exaggeration of size estimates. Ornithocheirus, Liopleurodon & Brachiosaurus (among others) were blown up for dramatic effect.

Great List. I've seen and own about half of them. But the others, including #1 I have not heard. PBS Dinosaurs looks amazing. That animation looks gorgeous. I must check that out.

HOLY FUCK DUDE! Disney dinosaur is not a rip of land before time! Disney dinosaur was awesome and who cares the dinosaurs had lips cause the story was pretty amazing and had very different stories and the CGI was great too
