Badfinger perform a lipsync to their song Without You - made most famous by Harry Nilsson, Mariah Carey, Il Divo, Shirley Bassey, Clay Aiken, Heart, and even Frank Sinatra did this onstage. Pete Ham and Tom Evans wrote it. Ham also wrote Baby Blue, Day After Day, Name Of The Game, and Lonely You. Great site on badfinger http://www.badfingerlibrary.com

No disrepect to John Lennon, but I wonder if Pete Ham was ever approached to become a Beatle after John's departure. Thanks for the video. Wonderful ending on this song.

@fbencounter Wow! That's amazing. That was the very last gig Pete Ham played before he died. They were supporting the Man Band. Look it up at badfingerlibrary. You should let the website guy know your recollections.

This is a great song . . here and in all the covers that have been mentioned. I saw Bad Finger as a teenager a few years after this as a support act to another band at the Kursaal in Southend in Essex/England, less than a year before Pete Ham took his life . . they gave a great performance as I remember and as I hadn't gone to the gig to see them it always left an impression on me . . it's so sad that the two guys who wrote this song felt that they needed to take their own lives :-(
