He worked for McAllister in the early 70's. He became disabled in an accident about 1977 or so.
You're right about more Westcott's working the harbor. My uncle Jerry decked for several companies and my grandfather Benny and great-grandfather Steve both worked on the Reading tugs. Lots of cousins and great-uncles too.
