  • wow. There are a TON of plant-based proteins. Beans,nuts,seeds,whole grains,even leafy greens have some protein. Too much protein, especially animal protein can leach calcium from your bones. Thats why people who drink tons of milk commonly get osteoperosis and vegans rarely do.

  • @christafredrickson Please cite the peer reviewed paper which shows a statistical difference between people who eat a balanced diet and people who eat a raw vegan diet. A blog comment on a site containing mystical crystal B.S. will not be sufficient

  • what ahell is going on?everybody is starting doing a show and wanna be famous on this diet!! it is just adiet hallo wake up.

  • Search Indium, i heard it clears Acne instantly. You can find it in Ocean Grown Solution, I put that in my spring water.

  • They've probably gone vegan recently? I bet if they ate healthy vegan food they'd get better.

    PS: Not all vegans are healthy. Chips/fries are vegan. Dark chocolate is vegan. Potatoes are vegan. White rice/pasta/bread is often vegan. You can easily be fat on a vegan diet. You obviously just have fat friends. Sorry.

  • Accutane, is a very toxic drug. Be really careful as suicidal tendencies are one of the side effects.
