wow. There are a TON of plant-based proteins. Beans,nuts,seeds,whole grains,even leafy greens have some protein. Too much protein, especially animal protein can leach calcium from your bones. Thats why people who drink tons of milk commonly get osteoperosis and vegans rarely do.

Actually, take a look at raw nutritional values for leafy green vegetables such as watercress and spinach. Maybe your wondering about the 8 essential amino acids...take a look at the aforementioned leafy greens and the following: quinoa, nuts, most fruits, soy foods, just to name a few. I haven't had animal products for quite a long time and I get more than enough protein for my workout regime. With raw foods, you can cut your intake of protein in half since the protein isn't denatured.RESEARCH!

@christafredrickson Please cite the peer reviewed paper which shows a statistical difference between people who eat a balanced diet and people who eat a raw vegan diet. A blog comment on a site containing mystical crystal B.S. will not be sufficient

Search Indium, i heard it clears Acne instantly. You can find it in Ocean Grown Solution, I put that in my spring water.

They've probably gone vegan recently? I bet if they ate healthy vegan food they'd get better.
PS: Not all vegans are healthy. Chips/fries are vegan. Dark chocolate is vegan. Potatoes are vegan. White rice/pasta/bread is often vegan. You can easily be fat on a vegan diet. You obviously just have fat friends. Sorry.

I agree with Newtguy, but some people have no other option than to use accutane. People with mild acne should STAY AWAY from Accutane. They can use makeup or something.
So glad to finally see you! You will be an inspiration to others. Hope you have fun with the sleep over and your friend enjoys her raw food. I lost another pound, so I'm down eight!!!! By the way, your face is lovely!

Good job girl.. It's amazing what raw can do. I love that I don't have to worry about counting calories or anything with raw. It just keeps you at whatever weight you need to be, whether you need to lose or gain. Oh, and thanks about my face. Kind of wish I would have started posting vids from the very beginning of my raw journey. Anyway..
