The song in this video is called "Nothing" by The Script. The reason I chose this song was because it reminded me so much of Delena's relationship, in a sense that Damon loves Elena so much but she doesn't know what to say to him (because of her mixed feelings for him). Also the "drunk" part reminded me of Damon and his alcohol habits.
