How did you use the lasso tool and magnetic tool to fill in sections? What key strokes to auto fill with black and white respectively?

im stuck at the point where u have to select the work path and fill the empty layer with black ( the image ) you just drag the path and drop it into the blank layer but i cant drag and drop it :/ why? please help me thanks!

sorry everyone, WMG has removed the audio track because I used a sample from a Kanye beat as part of the backing track. unfortunately this means that the audio instructions where also removed, to add to the bad news, I no-longer have the working files for this video... so I can't upload a new version. waaaah
