No... I got the tutorial from videocopilot, i still made the video and added some extra stuff. (didn't add glow, changed some transition settings, color corrected different, etc.)

hey im trying to do this effect and for some reason when i add a curves adjustment to the hot stuff layer no colour shows up, it just stays the same, do you know what could be wrong?

ya, I actually had the same problem, make sure the transfer mode of the hot stuff layer is set to add and luma matte (not inverted) you might not be able to see what the color correction does though, its VERY faint.
