Part 1 - June 18, 2009 at a Civil War Reenactment called "Battle of Brooks Farm" on Blue Springs Road in Stoney Creek above Elizabethton, TN a horse became stuck in the mud along a creekbed. The horse struggled for over 1 1/2 hours. With the help of a large number of men using hoists and ropes, the horse "Dusty" was freed. "Dusty" luckily escaped unharmed except for a few abrasions. Many Thanks to everyone who helped!!
