I have owned two of these units. They seem to have a life of 2 - 3 years and then both of them have gone into a state where they continuously show they are charging but they never complete the charge. Our power went out for 10 minutes last night. The PowerSource kicked on like it was supposed to, but after the power came back on it continued trying to charge for 2 hours, only ever showing the battery at a 90% charge level.

Should consumers assume that this product has a 2 year life?
