Havoc (EVE Machinima)

EVE ONLNE : by Chris Newcombe. Havoc was created for the Havoc EVE community in an effort to boost recruitment. It took roughly two weeks to put together, which involves the scripting and filming in addition to a lengthy post production process. The aim was to produce something as cinematic as possible, giving the impression it was shot using a camera as opposed to FRAPs. During the process, Sarah Murray was brought in to provide the voice of the stricken pilot, adding a sense of humanity to the piece. Later, upon locking the cut, Anil Kamath composed an original score for the project in addition to providing a sound mix with effects. The result is a rather dark outing for the genre, and it has been nominated for three awards at this years Machinima FilmFest.

well it might be heck of a painful experience but it would beat hanging around in a derelict ship running out of food and water when you could be comfortably inside a hi sec station laughing it up with someone on local, this guy in real life had got is arm stuck under something in his basement and couldn't get out so he cut his arm off after 2 days not a week so i think to regain a fully operational body to get out of a bad situation isn't a bad trade off.
