  • Census should not have any geographical location at all! Just Black, White, Yellow (where yellow would include people from Southern Spain/Italy/Greece, Northern Africa and Eastern Africa, Native Alaskans/Americans, Hawaiians & Pacific Islanders, as well as people from Siberia/Russia Far East, Native Australians, and even Mexicans, Central/South Americans). Black would probably include people from South India, Indonesia, and Central America. You can't confuse geography with color.
