Free Ipad 2 : http://droidmodderx.com/how-to-get-an-ipad-2-for-free/

Download the OneClickExploit : http://droidmodderx.com/one-click-root-for-any-motorola-device-running-gb/

Note : As of 8/25/11 This is confirmed to work on any Motorola Device running Gingerbread, DroidX, Droid2, DroidPro, Droid3, Cliq, Cliq2, and should work for the Bionic when it is released on 9/8/11!!!!

Instructions couldn't be more simple:

1. Make sure you have Motorola drivers installed
2. Download and unzip 'Droid 3 easy root script v7′
3. On your phone: Settings / Applications / Development / USB debugging(check box)
4. Plug phone into computer and select "Charge Only" mode
5. Navigate to 'Droid 3 easy root' folder and run 'Click to root your Droid 3.bat'
6. Now just follow the instructions in the command window and unlock the phone after each reboot.

You will now Have ROOT!!!
