The hallway and alien footage shown in this movie was filmed entirely in-engine and showcases one of the playable classes - the "Onos".
Natural Selection 2 is an immersive, online FPS that pits aliens against humans in a strategic and action-packed struggle for survival (FAQ). It is a standalone commercial sequel to the popular Half-life mod and is scheduled for release in Fall 2009.

You can pay to play what is claimed to be a beta, but it's still very far from being finished. With an average framerate of 20-30 FPS during combat (On a computer that runs 120 FPS on other similar games), I would guess that the game is at least a year from being playable.
