    does work! I started working on it few months

    ago and didnt really have any issues as far

    as it goes. I never had a weight problem

    but my stomach has always been an issue.

    But after a few weeks on its program, I always

    see results. Overall,If you'll take it on your

    daily routine workout then you'll get fast result.

  • Great exercise! I can really feel the burn, It's been a while since I've exercised due to a car accident =/ and with a few fractures still I can work out to this video =) I've already lost 30 pounds on my own, let's go for another 40! ^_^

  • @myworld480 i did my first workout to these video about 40 min ago i can feel my stomack been exercising :P and im pretty heavy :P well not whalerose big but big overweighter :P and i can feel the muccels in my stomack workt out :P i do these in between days in not at the gym :) so first day done lets come back after 1 month or so :D

  • Gotta say i did try these right now 8:56 evning time :P and i gotta say i can alredy feel the muccels in my stomack and the sides got exersist thats good i will keep do these for 10 min evry day :) plus i go to the gym tuesdays and thursdays so thats good :D and i forgot to say im pretty heavy guy :P so :P

  • I just laughed doing this workout x) but its different

  • The first time I did this I didn't think it would work because it seemed way too easy... but I definitely felt it the next morning! Quick enough to do everyday, love it!

  • wow, it's a little disturbing how her bottom half doesn't move when she's swinging from side to side and all that. This looks really fun tho
