"Unused" must have been really busy.

This was the true sequel to CT I always wanted.
It was, amazing, to say the least.
I can't imagine the shear amout of time and effort that was put into this game. Ive played around with TF and done a few things, but this was amazing.
Square-enix can suck it in my opinion. Yes, it was based on their characters, but was a much better game than CC ever was in my opinion. Nice work in linking everything together as best you could.
I watched EVERY video. :D
What will I do now? *tear*

Wow I really loved this. SE could never compete nor even come close to doing something as wonderful as this.

This game always make me cry, the story just so good...
Even only a fanmade!

Lol, sequel hook to a game nobody will ever make.
Who are you guys kidding?
-
I just wanted everything to go back to normal :-(

Where are all of the developer cameos? I'm trying to open up the developer room, but I think I'm missing a developer or two. Thanks.

I have to ask. Was the Chrono Break going to be your followup project to this?

You guys did such an amazing job with this game..I remember playing through the demo before the C&D Order was brought down...At any rate, don't let that C&D Order get you guys down! As I fan, I feel very privileged to have been able to at least watch this game from start to finish. You guys should feel proud that you accomplished something that SE will probably never do. Great job CE Team!!! PS: Your not being bias, the final dungeon WAS EPIC!

@Zodiamaster It's about the same length as the original, but it's much harder so it feels longer. You can't breeze through the battles in CE.

@MasterS7000 Well that's it, he wants Zeal to teach him how to open a portal with sheer magic power alone...so until he could manage that, he WOULD be stuck there. Even if he were in a time accessible by gate, after Zeal's defeat the gates faded away once again so they wouldn't be there anyway. The only way Chrono and Marle got back to the Dreamtime was because of that Time Egg.

Also another comment, the phrase "shut up and die" and its variants are used kind of too often.
I watched this series all the way through, and it was nothing short of amazing. It's frustrating how SE lays down cease and desists anytime it looks like a fan project is about to be completed, while doing nothing new with the Chrono Trigger series.
I've just got one question. How does one go about reprogramming an SNES game to the extent that the CE team did?

@DrDoom343 In this case, Geiger left a major gift to the modding community in the form of a specific editing tool for Chrono Trigger's event code, tile arrangement, and various other functions. The CE team's lead programmer created additional tools to fill in the gaps, and finally some last minute things had to be done with sheer elbow grease in a hex editor.

Hm... the part with Magus - it could possibly mean that he somehow had his gate end up in the Radical Dreamers dimension, explaining how he got there, right? 8D

Might explain how Magus got back into the DBT in CT:DS at any rate, though it should be noted the CE team planned this scene well before CT:DS was released and its bonus ending became known.

Ok, Ok, I'm maybe just a bit lost..
They went to see Schala and Serge, but didn't mention anything about their best friend dying?

This ending is as open-ended as CC's. Check the Compendium's theories about the consequences of the CC ending. One of them is that the merging of Another and Home World nullified FATE's existence, which would nullify Lynx's existence, which would nullify Lucca and Robo's death.
