Youth Basketball 9 Year Old Zach Attacks 12U Giants

Zach is 9 years old (3rd grade) and in this game his team is playing against 12 year olds (6th graders). Zach has always played up a few years, but this season was hilarious to watch as he was half the size of some of the defenders. Helped him learn how to create new shot angles and come up with different ways to attack the basket. Zach is a true point guard and only scores to keep the defense honest and to open up passing lanes. He is a natural leftee, but can attack both right and left sides of the court, although his most potent skill is one handed passes off the dribble to find the open man - as he is driving to the basket.

this kid is playing agaisnt 12 ya ya ya but hes playing in the YMCA i did the same thing but playing in an ARC (AAU) team

Don't try to analyze it so much. Very Simple... It's fun to watch a 3rd grader take on 6th graders. No they are not YMCA and not AAU, but fairly strong city-wide league. We are not sayin Zach is the best 9yr old out there, so just enjoy the video for what it is and stop tryin to devalue his skill.

hes ok but that looks like the y leage i play like 2 years up and i ball i would like to see hem play AAU trust me its a whole different story but thats good for a nine year old :D
