The key here is just to add a lot of oil (I used about 2 capfuls of canola) because the ramlette will soak up the oil and once your done cooking barely any will be left but I used a spatula to flip it once the bottom got cooked pretty good and thats why mine came out crispy.

Also, I cooked it on (or around) medium... otherwise it would have burned or stuck to the pan. Lol.

I just made mine, came out a little bit crunchy on the bottom but the inside is tender and delicious and MMMM lol. So delicious I'm never making ramen the same again... if I have eggs.
