In here, I demonstrate more of a higher stab in my windmill motion. Concentrating my body weight on my upper back & emphasis on keeping legs straight for higher lift. The first set is all back "no hands" Do as many as posible for a good workout.

  • you have to push off the shoulder you land on as hard as you can- that way your body is slighly higher for the turn. kind a like munch mills- hope this helps (=
