And this is PC only instructions. I dont know about PS2 or others.

You have to install TRAOD SCU. You can find it on Google.

Open the SCU and press START GAME.
Im not sure if you had to tick the "all weapons" in the opening screen of the SCU, but do that before starting the game.

I tried it one place before where you did it.
I will try where you did it and I tell you if it work.
(It will take l little while because I need to start all the game lol)

It doesnt matter where you try it, but it has to be after you get the certain body upgrade, and you get it in BIO-RESEARCH FACILITY level.
I may have used the TRAOD SCU cheat in this video.
