  • That tool is 80 bucks on your site!! Why not just use a screw?

  • @jettamk5 You can. The tool is a proto type and has been very useful in removing stubborn, stuck filters.

  • No you wouldn't leave it charged continuously. Just cycle the injector a few times, 5 min increments or so. P.S. The current/amps on the 9v battery is very low. You can touch it to your tung if you like, lol, will not hurt the fuel injectors coil.

  • Thanks for the comments, good point about the 10mm socket. Some of the caps can be a real bear to install. The green grease I use really helps to get them on as well.

  • i have a 2000 ford windstar and im trying to remove the filter from the fuel injector but it wont come out. Why?

  • So do you leave the 9 volt on constantly while its in the bath? 40-60 with the coil charged seems like it wouldn't be all that good for the injector.

  • This seems rather informative but narration might be a good idea. Also it looked really easy to install that pintal cap, but the reality is those can be a real PITA to install by hand wiggling it. I use a 10mm socket or other pipe that fits over to help press it on.
