@shieldsff the contents of this vid are simply an update of what was being reported on media outlets. check out vids from other youtube channels sharing this info as well. if anything, it was "indicent" for who ever did that to oscar as a means to try and villify him in the public's eyes. you notice that the mention of crack-cocaine WAS NEVER MENTIONED AGAIN ? now, why is that ....? could it be that it was TOO OBVIOUS what bart authorities were trying to pull off?

@whiteboypatrickkelly I don't believe the two footed driver assumption is remotely correct. Even if it were, so what? The analogy is still valid. There is not as much difference as you think between the sig sauer and M26 taser. Both have Black rubberized handles and the weight difference is less than 8 ounces. You say you would know the difference, yet I doubt very much you have ever used either in a real world scenario with your life on the line. Impossible to say what you would do or "know".

@TheKrissibitch You are an idiot. Ever drive a car? There is no way you could confuse the brake and gas pedal, is there? Yet dozens do every single year. There is much more difference between a gas and brake pedal than between a sig sauer .40 cal and an M26 taser. Do you realize 8 other cops had made the exact same mistake? Do you realize that most of the suspects who were shot instead of tased were Latino and White? No charges filed aganst officers.

@keno22 Except that is complete and utter bullshit. Oscar was NOT shot in the head. He was shot in a completely NON-VITAL area of the back, exactly where one would fire a taser. It was ricochet that caused the wound to his lung, which is what killed him. Had he been shot in the head with a .40 cal, he would not have continued moving around and talking, as he did.

It's actually an epic fail on YOUR part. Grant wasn't shot in the head; he was shot in the back. Common knowledge.

And common sense should tell you that where he was shot has no bearing whatsoever on where drugs were found (or possibly planted).

I think the first legal tactical error was not appealing and/or canceling out the judge's order for change of venue ( this is event has been a prelude to murderers being acquitted prolifically in the cases involving the murders of black men by police in New York). The judges reasoning in specious. He insists the 'racial tension' precludes the accused from obtaining a fair trial. There was NO racial divide here. The city was disgusted
