I saw this video on TV a few years ago and since then I have become a great fan of anything Oliver Sacks does. I think he's a very caring physician and has an unparalleled writing talent. A beautiful mind composes beautiful prose.
Thnkas for the video. I really enjoyed it. I have this condition too and I'm glad people have an interest in it. I just hope stem cells will provide a cure soon.
Thanks for uploading this - the series this episode came from 'The Mind Traveller' - was a brilliant exploration into the workings of the brain, its mysteries and potentials. I hope someone out there may be able to post the other episodes (I think there were 6 in total), each one looking at a different issue; autism, williams syndrome etc
i would like to thank you for showing the rest of the world my beautiful island of pingelap. i really miss pingelap, especially the people of pingelap. we do have a small pingelapese community here in portland about 200 poeple and 1 person colorblind and my wife has 2 uncles that are also colorblind. both currently live on pingelap.
