85305 - perhaps you need glasses because a 6.0L Chevy Silverado isn't in the ballpark with a 5.7L Tundra. A bone stock Tundra runs the 1/4 in 14.9 @ 94 mph, a stock 6.0L Chevy runs the 1/4 in 15.8 @ 89 mph - Car & Driver April 2007.

Yes, and the results are in for the new 2009 Dodge Ram. 0-60 in 7.4 and 1/4 mile in 15.7@ 91 mph (Car & Driver March 2009). Both figures are a FULL second slower than a 5.7L Tundra.

I have a Tundra ('07 SR5, TRD with the 5.7 V8 and yes its pretty quick for GAS) but i will unshamefully admit that a modded DIESEL will absolutely annihilate me. I give props where theyre do and gas vs. diesel....diesel wins.

Lets see a race with the F250 6.4L with a nice tune..that truck with a good tune does a 1/4 mile in less than 12.6 seconds!

Tundras just have taller horses. That's all. A regular cab short bed 2WD Tundra runs to 60MPH in 5.6s and does a quarter mile in 14.0 at 99mph. It's a shame the tundra shift so soft and early(5900RPM redline and 5300 in first!! with 5700 RPM peak hp.) The horses have long legs even with this handicap.

alot of yall dont no wat your talkin about, cause a stock or modded tundra in that case wont run a 5.9-6.7 1/8 mile. and another thing i have that 2007 new body style 6.0 and i ran a 15.0 stock

That tundra wasn't stock, because I've seen 6.0's wipe up tundras. And that cummins would have walked it even harder than it did.

As posted above, the Tundra had a TRD Cold Air Intake installed.

all i can say is that the ram is faster than the gmc,because the dodge ram acutly stiked with the tundra:)
