Falling Down; Episode 16; Season 1 [How Dare You Lead Me On]

Our lips were less then a centimetre apart, and I was getting ready to give her the kiss of her life, one she wouldn't forget, one that I wouldn't forget.

I cupped her face with my hands, getting ready to pull her foward, then she put her finger over my lips.

"Sorry loverboy" she said in a soft wisper, "Im not stupid enough to fall for that."

I looked at her confused, "Fall for what?"

"Your a player, Joe" I said, "You said it right to my face, you've been with so many girls! And I don't wanna be one of them"

I looked down, knowing she was right, how was I suppose to make this situation ok?

She stood still for moments, "I don't want to waste my time with you, if you don't mean it, ok? I want to matter to someone, and you don't care about anyone but yourself."

I looked at her, "I wanted to kiss you, how dare you lead me on."

"Lead me you on?" she said, "You almost kissed me once and you made a bad joke about it, I was not about to let that happen to me again, to be made a fool out of!"

I watched her open the door and slam it behind her.

I stood there uncomfortably, looking around, then the door swung open.

"Wait!" she said, storming back in, "This is my cabin.... Get Out!"

I shrugged, "Fine.... but Demi?"

"Yeah?" she said, looking at me.

I smiled, "That would have been a really great kiss."

She smiled, looking down. I could tell she didn't wanna show it.

I walked over to her, holding her hand, I lifted it slowly to my lips and kissed it gently.

She giggled.

"See you later." I said, stepping out.

Why do I have this sudden feeling of wanting to go back in and kiss her, maybe I really want to. Is it the rejection that make me want her more, or is it that I just want to?

I looked at my hand and smile to myself, he kissed it, and I won't lie, it was soft, and dreamy.

I looked out the window and see him walking off into the distance.

Why did he leave me with the feeling of wanting more? Why do I even want more, he's Joe Jonas, I hate him, right? Do I really hate hiim?

Maybe this was a part of his plan, to use his charm to get me hooked on him, if so.... it was working.
