heh, we have an old "cambridge soundworks" brand creative 4.1 system (fps1600) hooked up to our TV downstairs.

Yea I was thinking about getting the logitech z-5500 and hooking them up to my tv for a surround sound system.

i actually agree with you. I will probably never get a 5.1 PC system, maybe home theatre only.

Yea I knew about those systems but I just like the 2.1 systems because I just want to keep it simple with 2 speakers on my desk and a sub on the floor.
