  • Lawyers generally testify before the Supreme Court. However, Im sure anyone testifying before one of the most powerful courts in the world would be intimidated with r without cameras. Ive seen video taped trials and appeals court proceedings the only difference is I can get up and walk away or turn the station without bothering anyone in the room (kinda boring). It's not that easy to get from South Alabama to DC to see a Supreme Court decision when you work for a living... Let CSPAN do it

  • I don't want Court rooms to have cameras inside. Before someone supports an initiative like this. They should go and watch a Court Proceeding. Placing cameras inside Courts would intimidate average people from testifying, not everyone wants to be on TV. The Courts are already open to the public. People are just so lazy to go to the Court house and learn the procedure.
