Listening to the lyrics carefully it does seem like it could be about an abortion.

It's the story of a woman, Sylvia who has a cancer and cannot be saved...

What do you lot think this is talking about? It's still fairly taboo, but it almost seems like it's about an abortion to me.

Jeff Buckley did it better.....still good though and am not 'fooled' by the lyrics they sound genuine to me.Very good winter song and album indeed.

If I am ever tempted to by an Antlers Album, instead, to save money, I'll have my brother recite some poems from one of thousands of Hospice websites set to some tediously homogenized and otherwise forgettable background score that fools listeners into thinking the lyrics are so good they almost forgot it was even supposed to be a song.

it's just brilliance, the whole album, especially epilogue bear and kettering, absolutely captivitating every note of it

This song just relates to me in soo many ways. Everythign about it just moves me, and brings a lil tear to my eye. ABSOLUTELY amazing =]
