B: Mhgányiu.
A: Good morning, Miss Chan。
B: Excuse me, I'm not Miss Chan. My name is Lau.

Because of I am a hk people,I think the 广州人's Chinese is not great as hong king people.

Well, that's like a British person saying that their English is better than American or Australian or Canadian or NZ etc etc English. Of course, anybody will always think there own variety is best^^.

But your reaction is interesting. What specifically did you hear that didn't sound like HK Cantonese? It would be useful for learners to know the differences. Was it the pronunciation?
