Soldiers and civilians of Fort Hood gather together as III Corps and Fort Hood Commanding General, LTG Donald M. Campbell, Jr., signs the proclamation declaring October 2011 "Domestic Violence Prevention Month."

The event features remarks by a survivor of domestic violence, Schantel Thomas, as well as remarks from LTG Campbell.
