  • What year was this? I saw AFOS in Chicago twice... once was on a place off Belmont Ave. near Clark on the upper west side in 1988. Secondtime was in Palantine Il. with a horrible opening act : Bobby Blotzer & Neil Norman.

I believe that is Ed Berner on guitar. He was with AFOS from 1988(?)until about 1995. I also saw Mike with Frank and Ali on the Dream Come True tour in 1986! Gary Steadman from Classix Nouveau was on guitar.

  • I forget the year. it was at x-calibur night club in chicago. most likely the one you were at. I think its pretty cool. thanks for checking it out

  • The venue off Belmont near Clark, could it have been the Bottom Lounge? That was a great venue but it unfortunatly shut down a couple years back.

  • No it was shot at x-calibur

  • not the original Flock!

  • Ed Berner! I met him today and he is real cool. We talked for some time and now he's a chef. He gave me his autograph. Really cool person.

  • eddie berner is the best chef ever and great guitarrist, great person, i miss you chef edd! love you music! keep it going!!!!

  • love this ...thank you !

  • Love AFOS. This line up is ridiculous and sounds nothing like the REAL AFOS.

It is sad, Mike was a visionary, his original band and this version were very good. Artists cannot live on 25 year old material and offer nothing new that anyone wants to hear.

  • 1. Mike Score would know cocaine problems when he sees them. Liston to those vocal being sung through blown out sinus cavities..

    2. Ed Berner - The guitarist here, is an accomplished musician who has been in the studio with internationally recognized acts, who came to him to improve their sound.

    3. Mike Score lost the original members of the band, and others, because he did not pay them. How do you go months on the road, paying your own expenses and not getting a cut of the gate?
