Your little statement speaks to citizenship as a whole but not the elegibility to be President. The term "naturalized" kind of gives that one up. You should really look that word up.

"All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States..."

What does that sentence mean?
