  • nice, i've just bought gymnastic rings. is it secure to install the on ceiling made of concrete? i don't want to hurt me...

  • @leonleon177 I think you're referring to the L-sit? Trying to go right into is pretty tough at first. I would suggest working on tuck ups at the beginning. Check out our page at goldmedalbodies. It's all there. Cheers.

  • @rmaxj how do you do that thing where you raise your legs horizontal? i can't even do it when i do leg raises while hanging when i work out abs, and i have pretty good abdominals. i can't get my knees straight.

  • nice training. i do the same exact stuff. much harder than it looks and much harder and more rewarding than traditional weight lifting.

  • I train with gymnastic type movements using the rings, parallettes, floor work, and Clubbells.

  • awesome upperbody strength!

    do you do any other types of workout, like weight training?
