ya that's true... i wish people would wise up and open their eyes to the similarities they have rather than focusing on their differences

Well the name "çiftetelli" is Turkish.
çift: double, pair
tel: string
tel + li = stringed.
It derives from how it is played on baglama.
I'd like to know if Arabs & Greeks have an alternate origin for the word.

Mashallah!....Beautiful dance performed flawlessly. It is very inspiring to see a dancer that is my size, people think that belly dancers have to be stick thin and that is not true or was it ever true in the Middle East where Belly Dance originated. Like you I am a Belly Dancer and I love this expressive art form and would not give it for anything, thank you for sharing your videos. btw: where can I get this song? who sings it ?
God bless you, hungs, Nurshazadi :-)

Beautiful dance! I love the way you drift across the floor. People don't appreciate how difficult it is to move so smoothly when you're trying to move your hips. Kai s'anotera!

@sibelnenufar17 De nada la mia amiga mexicana :-) (ablo solo un poccito Espagnol). I'm happy, that my video makes you happy :-) If you want to learn belly dance, I'm sure there are some teachers in your area in Mexico. By the way, I've been to Mexico some years ago. I visited Cancun and Tzitzen Itza. Besitos.
