After the transaction of any morning business (not to extend beyond 4:30 p.m.) Senate will resume consideration of the nomination of Donald B. Verrilli, Jr., of the District of Columbia, to be Solicitor General of the United States, with a cloture vote to occur at approximately 5:30 p.m. on the nomination.
