@TheLetUp Your chords are perfect. They beautifully capture the feelings of darkness and hopelessness that Trent meant to put into this song.
By changing them to major chords, Cash managed to completely rape this song.

Hmm.. I'm really not sure which note you guys are talking about. If I'm staying true to the NIN version the 3rd "note" in the first chord is supposed to be a minor 5th not a major. In the Johnny Cash version the chord is played as a major chord.
