  • easily? wow .. are you a laker fan? only laker fans make such unrealistic idiotic comments...im shocked to see a hornets fan saying something so moronic

  • Where's the logic in these statements? Correct, Roy isn't the entire Trail Blazers offense. How does that prove that the Hornets would win easily in a series? Shouldn't it be an advantageous thing for the Blazers to not have to rely on one player all the time? Without Chris Paul, the Hornets are fragile. However, you should give credit to the Blazers for defeating many winning teams when they were without Roy, including Boston. Blazers may arguably be better rounded.

  • In a series *between* these two teams, the Hornets may have more playoff experience and win, but not "easily"... In a seven game series, "1 game at most" is an overstatement if you consider the Hornets are extremely reliant on Chris Paul, who is an awesome player. However, if the character and/or skills of David West and Tyson Chandler do not improve, then do not expect an easy series win for the Hornets, especially if the Blazers improve their defense.

  • In the last game between these two teams, Roy was invisible.

He isn't the Trail Blazers' entire offense. In a series against these two teams, the Hornets win easily.

  • TehSamurai you are kind of stupid, first of all the Blazers beat the Hornets earlier in the year when Paul was healthy. Also the Hornets won one game against the Blazers where Brandon Roy was injured. So how about we just cancel those games out? Take away the Hornets win when Roy was hurt, and take away the Blazers win when Paul was hurt, and we are still left with a 1-1 season series. Oh yeah Paul played most of the game, unlike Roy who missed the entire game in the one back in Portland.

  • So yes, I'm proud of our team for coming back from such a deficit in so little time which any objective onlooker would appreciate. It's not like Paul plays such great defense that he would of stopped a 38 pt 4th quarter by our team.

I'm also glad I'm not a Hornets fan cuz if our entire team crumbled when Roy went out (which we didn't when he did) I'd be worried about our team.
