Ever have one of those What the Hell Am I Going To Eat Now? moments? For me, Ethiopian food was the answer. I got the recipe for something called Abish from the website ethiopian recipes.net and here I am inviting you to join me on my journey of ethnic food. Hope you like! (And it was yummy, especially eaten with warn pita. . . I think I'm going to have some more for breakfast. . . ). Check out my food blog I have with my roommate at www.whiteandbrownrice.wordpress.com

  • Yeah, I was using the cam on my mac and I was trying to get both the food and my face and I sort of just got half of both. My videos will get better when I get assistance. I LOVE Ethiopian food. Indian food used to be my favorite, but now Ethiopia has my heart . . . er, my stomach.

  • boring...we're just watching ur face....

  • so when you make abish wet you want the beed ground and as a rule of thumb you want to add the meat first to simmer before you add tomatoes also, the garlic and ginger is often blended when added( usually towards the end ). oh and the eggs are supposed to be boiled separately and added not added into the mix

  • @GladiatorShield , face flies are delecious, you should teast them

  • Great effort...People she is cooking Ethiopians food for her first time. I am from Ethiopia but haven't done much cooking so I am worst than her. Good Job "konjo"....that is beautiful in Ethiopian.

  • I tought ethiopians only ate face flies.

  • My fat ass wants to see the food you made..Not you.

  • Is this a parody...seriously? The way too hot sizzling pan, the jabbing with the utensil, the 'i dont measure' sprinkling? Cumon it was kinda funny...with a couple annoying spots!

Tomatoes? Corn? Goat cheese? Granted, a starving Ethiopian may eat it, but its not even close...Look up "niter kibbeh" and "berbere..start over and enjoy!

  • what are you talking about lady

  • @meazi01 looks like dog shit

  • Good job
