There's a thread on diystompboxes on how to build this one, along with mods to make it even more versatile. The designer is a member there and even added to the discussion.

Hmm maybe they stopped selling em?
Turns out that even tho the pedal is really crazy, its a genius dirt simple design and really easy for DIY pedal builders to make. His other effects too. Someone reversed engineered it.
Gunna make mine soon! :)
Andy really knows how to show off pedals. Hes incredible.
