"People have to take responsibility for themselves" Typical conservative view. Yes, some people are lazy and take advantage of the system but not everyone is. I'm sure if you saw actual situations & met people you'd realize that there are hard working Americans out there taking responsibility for themselves; having to chose whether to pay bills or cure a curable problem. Besides you all sound the same, this looks like the LBJ 1960s attacks all over again but now everyone loves their Medicare!
