@buttpluger56 They are the national guard , local military force , they SHOULD carry guns and supply's like that , we don't want out unarmed military people to become uncomfortable and acquaint with holding , carrying and handling firearms and being routine to it encase of something bigger , lets pray that never happens.
if the national guard is just there to "help people get out" then why do they need automatic rifles and humvees with 50 cal machine guns on top?????????

the local idiots knew for 100 yrs that a storm like katrina could and probably would happen.yet they had no plans not even 1 shelter.
