here's my problem, I use a regular collar but when I dog sees a another dog he starts to whine and high pitch bark and pulls me to go say and play. i can let him say hi when I can, but not every time. How do I get him to just be calm when he sees another dog walking down the street?

That is true. The suppression and negative re-inforcement can cause negative problems with aggression. Thanks

i like how you are showing that the harsh training can have horrible effects. You should Change the name of the video because it is kinda confessing
I wanted like a sit or stay thing you should change it to something with harsh training vs. good or more healthy training.

Agreed with cassuisclaynyc. Let's say you choose an obedience class and you're planning on attending. While at these classes, it's not only your dog that's learning things; it's you also, as the owner. First day at this class, look carefully at the techniques the trainers uses. If he/she mentions or wants to use choke collars, be CAREFUL. Like Eric said, you have to be careful about what you are correcting. If you don't think the negative techniquees are right for your dog, get outta there.

he is informing you of what to expect when you do choose a trainer, which way they enforce behavior. Clearly there are times when both methods apply, he was just explaining why.

Very informative. I'm getting a dog here soon from the animal shelter in a week when I get paid. I've been watching your videos for a while. You got a subscriber.
