  • Someone should tell him there's a ring on that can.

  • @1080famous definately not-i have both + captains of crush are much, much more superior!

  • stone cold can do that.

  • Remind me never to ask this guy for a hand job.

  • please someone help me out. is Strongman Grips Heavy Duty Hand Gripper as good as captain of crush hand grippers?

  • @six80ususus I haven't personally tried the HG's myself, but you can't go wrong with the CoC's. The CoC's seem to be what is most recommended.

  • @SteveMiller88 Would you recomend captain of crush or heavy grips hand grippers

  • For grip there was a German, Herman Goerner, one hand dead lift 734 pounds--no strap. Tom Topham, the English genetic freak, circa 1733, and Maximinus, tallest man to ever be head of state, Emperor of Rome. Too bad we can't know objectively about Topham and Maximinus Thrax except what little is known--Tom's glandular output was so strong his voice didn't sound human, upon autopsy his tendons & ligaments were much thicker than normal man's and Maximinus wore a bracelet as a ring.

  • @breakind0wnigga The #3 is 280lbs #3.5 is 322.5lbs and the #4 is 365lbs
