  • Me and a couple of buddys of mine went to this show at the Agora, I had a fake I.D. at sixteen, those were the times! We got busted on the way home in Mentor, Oh. It wasnt the 3/2 beer, I think we were FRAMED!!!! Thanks for the upload. That was one hell of a night.

  • @freeborngunr2 great story...yeah, it was a wild night when Alex was there....we were front-center with a few tables pushed together with pitchers and hindenburgs flowing all nite long !!!

  • @vonursa yep, I remember that real well too, that was epic. Rock theatre was pretty big back then after Bowie started the craze a few years earlier.

  • I remember having to use fake IDs to go to the shows. I looked 18 at 14, but theyusually wanted an ID. Man, the shows I got to see - including this one!!! - were incredible. I remember this show SO well. Thanx for the post and the memories. What ever happened toall those show WMMS reorded and replayed every Monday night? I mean, there has got to be a billion dollar enterprise there LOL! I had em all. High quality. Until an 'untimely fire (like there is a timely fire besides at a camp!Thanx Again

  • @grevis020160 Thanks for that! I was pretty sure it couldn't have been too obscure but some of my memories from 'back in the day' are a tad...-er, hazy, if you catch my drift! All the best.

  • @kds448 They did cover Crazy Horses (and in some style!) I can't find it on here sadly, but it's on 'The Penthouse Tapes' - great album, well worth tracking down

  • One pheeeeenominal guitarist is Zal!!!!!

  • This is great. I never saw SAHB do this, but they were an amazing band live. I'm sure they did a stonking version of Crazy Horses (The Osmonds, I know, but a great riff). Any ideas? Thanks again for this.

  • @bowens44 OhYeah! Then off to Canton for shows at The Wine Barrel, too! We had it made - musicaly - in Cleveland at that time. I left in 77 and have only been back a few times. But, the memories....Forever!! Those World Series of Rock Shows were incredible! Did ya ever go to any of the free concerts down at Edgewater Park? WIXY Appreciation Days.... The Coffe Break Concerts on Wednesday at 10 am with Matt The Cat! The list goes on and on :)
