This is the Universal Pictures logo from the 75th anniversary in 1990. Back to the Future III was the first movie to show it.

this one is much better than the one they have right now. sometimes you see things that are difficult to explain cause i think most of the people agree this one is better... then why did they change?

I remember first seeing this logo at the beginning of Child's Play 2. I used to rewind the tape over and over just to hear that music.

The first "Problem Child" had this logo too. Problem Child 2 just had the last bit.

My favorite part is at the end when the horns come in and just play a three note motif. For some reason, I always thought it sounded "space-y" which went well with the "Universal" and "Earth in space" themes.
