It took 5 minutes and 37 seconds for me to realize where you were going with this. I have 4 years experience working with homeless men. I have never needed brute force, and I have been in situations that could've been violent. You keep carrying on, "The police are trained, the police are trained..." add nauseum; You've totally missed the point you ignorant man.

An imitation of the style of a particular writer, artist, or genre with deliberate exaggeration for comic effect.

Produce a humorously exaggerated imitation of (a writer, artist, or genre).
If he's imitating a comedian (definitely NOT Dangerfield, HE was HILARIOUS.) he should choose a different one. Either that, or quit using headlines to suck people into watching his awful videos.

This is not a matter of resisting arrest. I have a hard time believing that 6 grown men couldn't put the handcuffs on one man. They didn't just tase him, they beat the mortal hell out of him. You mention "raising the punishment" for non-compliance of a verbal command. It's not up to them to mete out punishment. They are authorized to detain, arrest, incarcerate, and file charges. That's it. They are in no way authorized to beat anyone to death, ever.
