RozCast for June 25, 2009 - Solo Pacific Row - Stage 2, Wk 5

Roz Savage is rowing solo across the Pacific Ocean in 3 stages. She completed Stage 1 in 2008, becoming the first woman ever to row solo from California to Hawaii. Stage 2 launched on May 24, 2009, and will take her from Hawaii down into the South Pacific. Stage 3 will take place in 2010, ending in Australia. If successful she will be the first woman ever to row solo across the Pacific. In this week's video she talks about training for her ocean crossings and provides an update on her 5th week at sea.

well roz i fianly got me a canoe had a hect of a time geting it to the lake since i dont drive had to mkae a cart that kept failing lol.then it took me a while to figure how to get the canoe to go where i wanted lol but i had a blast arms are hurting thogh man you must be crazy strong
