you know farquaad is sort of like scar from the lion king, he was greedy and wanted to be king and have power, he would be willing to do anything to get it, and i guess in a way farquaad was a coward because if he had his men do all his work for him and scar did the same with the hyeans, ate the end thier gree and lust for power consumed them (literally) scar got eaten by hyenas, lord farquaad by a dragon
